Mini Volleyball

This is a program that has been developed in the last 15 years with the support of the FIVB and Brazilian Volleyball Federation.

Mini Volleyball is an adaptation of volleyball for boys and girls between 8 and 10 years old. It is designed for beginners to learn the basic fundamentals in a process that is suitable to their developmental stage.

Into the Pride is a program for boys and girls 11 and 12 who want to improve their skills in preparation for club volleyball. We will prepare kids by teaching fundamentals in the proper way and playing small tournaments to solidify the skills learned in practice.

Groups will start training in early November.

5-week sessions

2nd to 4th graders – November 10, 17 and Dec 1,8,15
Instinct Facility – 4:30 to 5:30 pm

5th and 6th graders – November 12,19 and Dec 3,10,17
Instinct Facility – 4:30 to 5:30 pm
